Or something like that. It's like only the third day of school, and I already have to do a presentationed tomorrow during assembly in the audi to the whole level + principal + vice principal about our trip to Malacca. Because I was very conveniently saboed as the NE Rep at the beginning of the year. Thank goodness I'm also doing with 211 and 212 NE Reps if not I will truly DIE.

And then there's also the Math Research presentation to factor in, of course.

Anyway, because of the NE thing, I slept at a beautiful timing of 1.20 am last night this morning, and totally dozed off the entire way to school later in the morning. Luckily, I didn't fall asleep during LA or Geog or Chinese.

The new canteen is okay-ish, except that I seriously hate the system. It's really crowded and the queues are super long, especially on days where the recesses are combined. Cos the seniors always cut the queue, and you can stand in one spot for like 15 minutes and totally not move at all. Super irritating. It's like.

There's one senior in front of you. Two of her friends come. Each of them attract two more friends. And then each of them attract two more. Yes it keeps multiplying. Even when like you are about to order and the senior in front of you has already paid, then suddenly another senior jumps in front of you, screaming, "Help me buy!" And that senior will attract another two and so on. Irritating like what lar!!

I mean lar, why can't you people just be good girls and queue up like every one else?! Okay you may say that you are hungry and whatever, so you think I not hungry is it?! And then you give the excuse that you came out of class late because of whatever you were doing in class. Then it's your fault you came out late lar?! Why must push the blame to me?!

Okay it's not confined to seniors, but it happens most with seniors. Because I seriously can swear, I do not have this frustrating problem on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

And there look, this is a blog form of an argumentative essay.

Eclipse opens tomorrow in US!! O: But Singapore is open 1 July. Which I bet is already fully booked.

I have a feeling that even then, it will still be very full. So. Shin Yee!! :O I think we must either a) chope seat (aka reserve), or b) go super early!! I don't think option b will very effective though cos everyone will be kiasu and chope seat ):

And so the holidays are over in yet another blink of an eye ):

I cut my hair yesterday afternoon at Heartland Mall, so now it is super short, like really. Cos during the holidays my hair really like grew way much longer and if I didn't cut yesterday, then it would be illegal already. And it was getting very hot and I also needed to tie up my hair already which is apparently very 麻烦 so yes I cut it.

After that me and Daddy bought bubble tea from Sweet Talk outside. We bought like 8 cups cos for me, dad, mum, yee ma, Han Wei and his three friends who came over for project work. But sadly one of his friends' spilled the bottle at home. There was a lot of shouting while I was in my room sucking my 珍珠奶茶 :D

Then in the evening we went to ah yee's house, and yee ma brought her luggage and everything there cos now she was going to stay with ah yee. Actually she was supposed to go stay with ah yee last saturday but Mummy hacked her finger (ok not really) and so she stayed for an extra week with us. To Han Wei's supreme delight.

We left ah yee's house at 9+ cos we were going to Junction 8 to watch Knight and Day!! (: It was very crowded there, at the theatres I mean. Like disgustingly packed. Worse than sardines. And we had popcorn!! :D And Han Wei bought his cheesy pasta. I had one of it in the theatre later.

The movie was okay, very hilarious, lots of action. But super hilarious. Or somewhere around there. When the movie ended it was like 11.40 pm and I urgently needed to go to the toilet.

Today woke up at 8.45am+ cos needed to go to gu gu's house for Pey Yuen's (hopefully I got his name right) wedding. There were a lot of people, and we had buffet for lunch. Most of the time I was sitting down and reading Eclipse (:

And later we're going to go for the wedding dinner at Four Seasons Hotel :D

And tomorrow school reopens ):

Today marks the day I have finished three sorts of things.

1. CSP
Finally! After so many long and arduous hours, I have finally finished CSP!! O: Today helped out with the Primary School Math and Science Carnival, which gave me another four and a half hours. Actually got enough already, but just in case the two hours I took to create posters for HRSS doesn't count.

2. New Moon: The Meadow
And yes! It actually just took me like what 2 or 3 days to manage to really cover and play the whole song kinda smoothly with some bumps here and there (: I love it really really reeeeally!! :DDD

3. Twilight
Today also marks the day that I have finished reading the book Twilight for the 9th time!! :D And by 9th, I mean like the whole series!! Wait I mean like the whole series I read 8 times, so now I'm starting on my 9th time on New Moon! (:

Oh yay! :D I can finally play the whole of the New Moon: The Meadow song!! :DDD -happyness- And now I am reminded of the show we did in TLL a looong time ago: The Pursuit of Happyness. Yes. It was quite a boring show if I remember correctly. Anyway.

And I think I am some how getting the hang of chemistry. But I shan't have my hopes up, you know, just in case.

Oh, and recently it's like so many people are digging out their baby pics. Okay maybe it's only Kellynn. And me. Go see her blog!! -advertises Kellynn's blog- All the baby pics :D Mine is uploaded on facebook, not by me, but by -ahem!- my dad. Yes. so embarrassing ): And last night me and mummy and Han Wei and Yee Ma were looking through the baby pics (and kid pics) of us on her iPad. And Yee Ma was like: "I got so skinny one meh?!" xD

Recently, I've got this sudden urge to really want to teach myself how to play the songs I like etc. And I just printed out this entire stack of piano scores I found on the internet, which include Apologize, Love Story (super hard), Baby, Bad Romance, You Belong with Me (also super hard) etc. So, currently, I'm trying to learn 3 songs:

Just started with this one today, really beautiful and enchanting piece, but it seems a little difficult ):

Yesterday we went to Ikea!! :D Well okay we went in the evening. And of course, undoubtedly, we had Swedish meatballs for dinner!!! :DDD heart heart heart (: Oh and when we went home right, we also bought the set thingy from Ikea, as in like Swedish meatballs + 2 packets of the sauce + a jar of that jam (: Awesome!! :D

okay yay changed skin again!! :D

Cos the previous one a) I didn't like the font, b) it was getting very yellow, c) I wanted to explore Blogskins (as in the skin of the days), and d) I was kinda bored :/

Today was one of those good-ol-boring-stay-at-home-and-do-chemistry-revision-and-not-take-a-step-out-of-the-house-at-all days. Yes. -sigh-

Anyway, had a super early dinner at like around 5-6? Cos mummy bought home roti prata, and Han Wei was still in learning lab, so three of us ate our roti prata while watching The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which is a really 不错 show eh (:

And yes short boring days call for short boring blog posts, so bye.

Okay for today's street sales, the morning session really sucked ): I mean like, cos me and Shin Yee aren't exactly what you call "excellent salespeople", so we ended up only selling 6 badges, 0 pens. Epic fail. And anyway.

Had lunch at KFC in 313 Somerset with Shin Yee and Jamie and Sophia and Michelle and Rachel Ng. Turned out that Michelle overordered. She bought pepsi and shrooms burger and a packet of popcorn chicken mixed with yucky tasting fries. I didn't taste the fries, but someone else who tasted it said it didn't taste nice. And since her pepsi came first and the burger last, she finished the pepsi before everything else, which proved to have grave consequences afterwards.

After lunch, we walked to Scape, or however you spell it, and took Neos on the way!! :D It was really a failure (the Neos), okay maybe not so, but anyhow, yes. Cos Shin Yee wore the green class tee, thus blending in with the background of the Neoprint machine, and in all the pictures, her shirt was the colour of the background. i.e. you can only see her face.

Then we went to Scape, since the Neos were taken on the way (tsk must read properly arh!!), and Jamie and Rachel and Shin Yee bought marble slab ice cream, or something like that. They didn't go into the Scape building itself, but the other three of us did. And we really got distracted by this really cool shop which sold a lot of stuff: Toy Outpost. Michelle really wanted to buy a pair of earphones, Sophia really wanted to buy a pair of dolphin earrings and a cute thumbdrive, and I really wanted to buy all the cute ear rings there. But turns out the two of them decided to 忍, but I couldn't , being the impulsive buyer (well, it wasn't really impulsive this time, since I put a lot of thought into whether I should buy or not) aka a spendthrift :D bought 2 pairs of earrings at $10!! :D One pair is a very colourful ice cream studs, and the other is this er... pink giraffe with ribbons. I can't imagine myself wearing the latter though :/ Maybe shall wear those when I go for the FLY concert (:

On the way back, Sophia and Michelle and I bought bubble tea from Toast Box for $1. (If you're wondering what happened to Shin Yee and Rachel and Jamie, they went back first cos they finished eating the ice cream before we managed to choose finish.) Two of them shared coffee pearl and I had a tea pearl :D aka 珍珠奶茶 which was awesomely sweet and the pearls were ludicrously soft, and thus very worth it for $1 :D

Then went for afternoon session with Sophia and Michelle (Shin Yee went with Jamie and Rachel), which proved to be more successful. We went to Bishan first (yes, all the way to Bishan), and then to outside Wheelock Place, where I got really distracted cos they were showing advertisments for Eclipse opposite on the huge television. BTW, I also got distracted and all high in Dhoby Ghaut cos the Eclipse advertisments were there on the pillars :D And yes so we managed to sell everything, and get a little bit more donations, and we didn't have to go Raffles Place at all!! :D Cut down the time and energy and money wasted on travelling to another place.

Anyway, as for Michelle's "grave consequences". Cos she also drank coffee tea (as mentioned), which mixed around all with the pepsi. And so, this made her really vomit while we were doing the street sales. At Wheelock. So she rested at the side for the last few minutes, when she vomitted into the ziplock bag (which used to contain the badges), and I, being a kind soul, helped to throw away that ziplock bag -nods head- And she got some vomit onto her skirt too.

So on our way back to 313 Somerset, she randomly bought a pair of shorts at Cotton On in Orchard MRT, cos they were having like this 50% discount!!! OOOOO: I was 忍ing, yes.

Okay yes so that's about it for today's street sales.

Just why does "U.S." have to appear in every single news of when something awesome (and helpful to the economy) found in Middle Eastern countries?

Finally, one day in the holidays that was well-spent :D

Woke up bright and early at 9.30 am and we had breakfast at Mcdonald's. I had Big Breakfast, for a change, because I felt like eating neither Egg McMuffin nor hotcakes, which Ah Mei Yee Ma had. Mummy and Han Wei had Filet O'Fish as usual.

After that went to a temple in Kim Nam, or something, and Ah Zhen Yee Ma met us there. We prayed a lot of times, and then me and Han Wei both got Ice Lemon Tea from the vending machine there in the end because it was so hot.

Ooh, then we went to Ngee Ann City, heading straight to Kinokuniya :D Han Wei had this book voucher (I think) so we could buy books!! :D And Kinokuniya had a giganormous stock of The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner books, and so like every corner of the shop also got. Han Wei was intent on finding the How to Kill Rabbit books (or something like that), but he gave up after a while and picked out two books from the kids' section. Which was, to me, extremely limited in choice, so I gave up and went to the Adults' Literature section (hah! -waggles eyebrows-)

And I found all those preety Jodi Picoult books!! :D Had a hard time choosing, but just picked out House Rules in the end, cos a) it was the latest (okay, one of the latest) and b) it was the hugest and stood out the most. And when I saw Han Wei again, this time, he was carrying this PHROAR! huge and heavy book on aviation, and I was like - -" -jaw drops-

After Kino, we went to Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant to have so called "light" dim sums and stuff to eat. We also had desert and I had mango pudding!! :D In the end our "light" dim sums and snacks cost like over $100 -jaw drops- again.

Then we went to Fox at B2, cos I had the $50 discount card from Ah Yee. It was my birthday present :D Shopping at Fox is totally awesome, ohkay, but you need to have a big wallet. Anyway, me and mummy bought quite some clothes (total: $159 but we had the $50 card), so Han Wei was contented with sitting in a corner with his PHROAR! huge and heavy book on aviation. Ah Mei Yee Ma was walking around sighing about how the clothes were all hip! and young! but couldn't fit her. I bought two shorts (one with patches of blue and the other banana yellow) and also a white shirt that came with a blue singlet thingy that can wear over :D

Then we went to Takashimaya and bought more stuff. The gifts section at Taka is like dreamland lors 8D Got Kira's and Janice's birthday presents :D -hint hint- and mummy and me and Han Wei got bags and stuff from the Hisoken Cara booth 8DDDDD It's you know, that awesomely cute brand of sewn on cats and animals, but mostly cats, but is awfully pricey. Mummy bought a pink bag and a pink pouch and Han Wei bought a black sling bag and I bought this nice grey handbag-like-bag. Well, it was dark grey, actually. And when I was choosing the colour, Mummy was like: "Why not the pink one?" And I was like =.= Yea so anyway we spent a bomb there.

After that, we left Ngee Ann City, and it was already like 5.30 pm. Then we went to Heartland Mall, but before that Mummy had a car wash at the Shell Station outside. The queue was uber long. And Han Wei also bought a bottle of pineapple tea from the Shell Station. Yes, it's pineapple tea. Had dinner at the Korean-cum-Japanese fast food restaurant in Heartland Mall. I had the beef udon with ice lemon tea (2nd time in the day), as usual.

After dinner, we paid Cold Storage a visit, and bought 6 of those jelly thingies (the one the advertisment used to go: "Give me one, give me one, give me one more!!"), cos there was this promo that with every 2 packs bought (i.e. 4 cups of jelly), there would be one small My Little Pet Shop free gift. So we got 6 lar, which turned out to be a rabbit, a purple frog, and a pink chick. Which I kept all cos Han Wei and Ah Mei Yee Ma didn't want them. At all. The purple frog is the cutest :D

I also got the latest issue of 8 Days!! :D

And an interesting fact from in there: Robin Hood / Sherlock Holmes baddie Mark Strong was born Giuseppe Salussolia but had his name changed by his Austrian mum. Apparently, she picked his current moniker from a dictionary... at random.

1st day of street sales over!! :D I am like chao tired nowzz.... 腰酸背痛. and my shoulders too ): Woke up at 7.30 am and then had breakfast of 5 lemon biscuits + a super diluted half cup of chrysanthemum tea that I made myself with half a packet of chrysanthemum powder. And then after that mummy dropped me off at Raffles City and Han Wei went for 江.

And turns out I was super early and I reached at like what 8.10?! So I stood down there (in front of Starbucks and Mcdonalds and the A Entrance of City Hall MRT (after today I'm really familiar with the place now), looking like a total dork reading Romeo & Juliet and smsing Ting Ting and Sophia out of boredom.

2 random facts on William Shakespeare/Romeo & Juliet!! 1) William Shakespeare died exactly on his 52nd birthday. Like he was born on 23rd April and died on 23rd April, 52 years later. 2) Juliet was 13 years old when she first met Romeo like wth!! And they married like one day later?!?! okay anyway.

So finally saw Ting Ting walking into the MRT and 东张西望ing for me, and I immediately forgot about R&J and went up to Ting Ting and tapped her shoulder (: And we went down to the MRT tapping place and met Sophia and Fiona!! And Fiona was wearing this –ahem- black vest over her LSC shirt and we were like - -“ FIONA. And I went, “Eh Fiona you look worse than me”, cos Ting Ting was commenting on how both of us were in bright yellow (I also wore LSC tee). And that was how Fiona began her day of “not judging her” or something like that.

Got our tins and fairy-wand-like pens and awfully cute badges and started selling!! :D I was with Sophia and she is SUPER awesome at this street sales thingy okay –nods head- Both of us took MRT to Orchard, and on the way there were 5 French guys (probably cos of YOG) in the MRT and they were chao tall (seriously I felt like an ant) and they were speaking super quickly and I didn’t understand (yes I was eavesdropping 0.0 but I couldn’t understand which is not eavesdropping) and told Sophia about how I was going to fail my French Listening.

And I was exposed to 人性丑陋的一面! Like what Sophia was trying to tell me through sms the past few days. Ahem. We walked up and down Orchard like Ion → Wheelock → Takashimaya → Far East Plaza etcetc. And it was super tiring (already) and we only sold that little (I forgot how much ._.) So after that me and Sophia decided to try our luck at Raffles Place, and business was boomz!! :D I mean as compared to Orchard lar. Tsk all the tai tais and rich aunties in Orchard to stingy tsk. Okay not to exaggerate or anything lar, but yea, we had more luck in Raffles Place (: I think cos it was like lunch hour and a lot of people were sitting around chatting and eating and smoking (after today, my life has been shortened severely due to 2nd hand smoking) so yea. But it started drizzling (wtf!) so we had to go back.

But time was not up yet (stop at 12 mah) so we walked around randomly like we went all the way to Suntec and realised that there cannot (cos like got no open space or anything). And Sophia suddenly 心血来潮 wanted to take Circle Line, so we took the Esplanade station (which is actually at Suntec -.- so I don’t get why they don’t name it Suntec instead) to Dhoby Ghaut and from Dhoby Ghaut we took red line back to City Hall which is like one gigantormous round. So from 9 am to 12 noon, Sophia and I sold 22 stuff!! :D so about $66 in total (: 欣慰ness~

Had lunch at this cute sushi restaurant at Citylink with Sophia and Ting Ting and Fiona. Ate teriyaki chicken, and the other three people were not very full and bought more sushi. I decided to 省钱 and not buy. And the other three people also smothered their sushis with wasabi, especially Fiona who was egged on by Ting Ting. So it was very interesting watching Fiona put the wasabi-smothered-sushi into her mouth and slowly chew chew chew, and have this very 难为情 expression and try very hard not to cry etc.

After sushi, we went to OP, which was having a 20% storewide sale!!!!! :DDDD I want!!! And their shirts were like OOO: I WANT!!. Ok nvm. Ting Ting and Fiona and I were having a discussion whether it was pronounced as O-P (separate words), or Op, like one word =.= Then we went to MPH which was having an up to 90% off sale!!!! And there were many people and we walked around boliaoly (well okay for Fiona maybe) and Ting Ting and Sophia and I kept asking each other, “Should I buy this book? Should I buy this book?” I picked out a book but decided not to buy it to省钱 (trying very hard, apparently). And the children books were selling at like $3, and that Brisngr (or whatever) book by Christopher Paolini (I think) was going at $6 (I think) and Sabrina (who joined us then cos she just finished Wushu training) was like, “-feels cheated- I bought that when it first came out at like $40-$50!!” And then I 刚好 saw The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner (Stephenie Meyer’s latest book) behind the counter (cos it was new), and I was like, “OMG I MUST HAVE THAT!!! OO:” Well, there goes my省钱ing spree. Ah well.

Went to MOS Burgers in Raffles City so Sabrina could have her lunch. She and Fiona also bought a packet of French fries each which I constantly stole. Seriously, MOS Burgers French fries are waaaaaay better than Mcdonalds one. Sophia also bought the corn soup which I recommended :D but didn’t buy for myself larh. 省钱ing again. Sigh.

Then me and Sophia bought bubble tea!! :D it was a necessity ohkay, cos I was really thirsty ): Then we went back up again and just as we were about to go back to the booth right, Ting Ting and Fiona were attracted to Accessorize, so we went in and I was oohing and ahing over all those preetty little thingums that I couldn’t buy ): The earrings were awesome okay, but super duper ex. Like one pair of nice studs (I forgot the shape o.o) was going for like $10. Ridiculous TTM. Sigh the thing about window shopping )): It makes you go, “OMG I want that but I can’t!!”

Started the 2nd round of street sales, now with Sophia and Sabrina (: we went to a place near Dhoby Ghaut and (amazingly), sold out all our stock in like 1½ hour!!! :DDDD we were like super happy and high!!! :DDDD ah~~~~~ then we went back to the booth there and tried to put on our poker face and told Daphne that we lost our stock like - -“ And Daphne really went, “WHAT.” like we expected xD okay anyway I was the one who let the cat out of the bag (cheem language –waggles eyebrows-) because the people manning the booth were staring at us like … while we were making a fool out of ourselves. So we got a 2nd batch of things to sell )): yes sad face. This time we went to Raffles Place again (: and when we were done, we were left with 8 out of 22 things :DDDDD

SO IN TOTAL TODAY, MORNING SOLD 22, AFTERNOON SOLD 44, TOTAL SOLD 66!!!! xDDDDDDDDDD super happyz. Oh and yes, through both sessions, a lot of people donated but didn’t want the badges/pens, so I went home with 13 badges in total o.O now of which 10 are pinned to my yellow sunflower hat bought from Malacca!! :D (I gave 3 to my brother)

And then when we finally 下班, I was like walking through City Hall MRT to get to Raffles City and halfway thru I was like, “OMG I CAN’T FIND MY HANDPHONE POUCH!!!” and I was really super 紧张 cos yea don’t need to explain right, but in the end it was in my bag - -“ I seriously have no recollection whatsoever of putting it into my bag okay.

Waited for mummy and yee ma and brother for like half an hour+ at the same place I waited in the morning. This time I didn’t look too much like a dork cos there were other people there. Then I also bought a medium sized cup of Coke from Mcdonalds, and finished it before they arrived. Okay so it was more than half an hour. And I had to brave another croluswder (crowd + cluster) of smokers (there were like more than 10 of them there lors) outside to throw away the cup, because there weren’t any dustbins in the nice aircon waiting place, like wth is this right.

And finally, went to the Joo Chiat place to have dinner at the steamboat place. I ate a lot ): And when we were finally done, I had this super bloated stomach. It actually protruded out!! Sigh. So 丢脸. I was trying to suck it in lol :P

Today is the first day this week I don't have to go back to school :/ Woke up at 12 noon and cleared all the rabbit stuff until like 1.30 then went to have a quick bath. After that me and Han Wei and Ah Mei Yee Ma went to eat lunch at the hawker centre. I had KFC (:

Yes, I changed my blogskin. This one looks sepia-ish, and the only thing I don't like here is the font. I hate Tahoma. No offense. The font just kills my eyes. Ah well. I tried changing it, but apparently, it didn't work, or else you'd be looking at a whole block full of Arial font-ed words now.

Okay, so after today's trip to Jurong Island, it's actually kinda boring :/ And I've decided to add The Pacific 10-part Series and True Blood S1-S3 to my wishlist, although I've no wishlist to speak off on my blog now (: Hmm. Maybe I'll chance skin soon. Ah well.

Today 9 am to 5 pm had guzheng cca. Woke up at 7.30 am, then washed up and went to release and feed and let go the 6 rascal rabbits. Let's just say it was poop haven. After refilling their hay and pellet pots, fed them milk biscuits and went to have my breakfast of Twiggies!! :D Twiggies are awesomeness~ Anyway, afterwards I COULDN'T GET A CAB!!! As in I tried the phone booking thingy, but after like 8 minutes they said:

"Sorry, taxis are fully booked now. Please try again later."

Epic, and it was like already 8.10 am?! So I was super fed up and tried calling them again but I couldn't even get through!! D: Then I gave up with the taxi and walked to the bus stop (chao far away) to catch a bus to school. Waited for 156 for 20 minutes (ugh.) and finally boarded the super crowded bus. Which got more and more crowded after (holy at last) like Catholic JC or somewhere around there the bus became more or less way emptier. Yes.

And that was how I ended up being 40 minutes later for guzheng. Anyhow, everyone was slacking when I entered, panting, so my being later for 40 minutes didn't really affect anything. Sigh.

So we learnt a new song for the CO Concert on 17 July (lao shi kept repeatedly emphasing on how close the date was), and yes, we kept digressing. Or rather, lao shi kept digressing, as usual. Went for lunch at 12, and lao shi insisted on having an "excursion". Anyway we didn't, so Jolene and Mignon and Tze She and me and Justina and Tan Wei Ping and etcetc (sec 3s) went to Subway in Bukit Timah Plaza. My first time eating at Subway!! :D Unbelievable, right. Tze She was damn shocked like OOOO: cos she always eats at Subway.

Guzheng ended at 5, and we also discussed about how some of us (including me) would have to take Grade 9 NAFA exam this year DDDD: I. AM. SO. GONNA. FAIL. And guess what, jiang jun ling is gonna be one of the songs. again. Die lar.

Waited uber long for 171 to come, then went to Newton MRT, then went to Novena, then to United Square. Met Ah Mei Yi Ma there and we went to the food court to eat dinner! :D I had spaghetti with chicken chop. again. And then Han Wei came down and we took taxi home.
