GRAH OKAY!

YDF tomorrow!

Didn't blog yesterday because yesterday was a really bad day and I was chionging lots of stuff. And I didn't even have time to fml or anything. Maybe only once. And yesterday was kinda amazing because I only ate 1) two bites of pizza for breakfast, 2) 3 chocolate thingies during Chinese, 3) dinner. Which given my usually unsatiable appetite, is amazing.

Today was... rainy. Which is super good :D ♥ Like during lessons and it was already late morning but it was still dark and raining :D And nice and cooling and windy... I kinda miss this weather we had in January-February or so.

Just spent like one hour on Bio A Minute A Day... -happiness-

YDF tomorrow! Not like I'm going to be having lots of fun anyway... gonna be stuck with the montage for like 99% of the time =.= more than that, actually. I'm only gonna take a 15 minute break from 9.45 to 10, then the rest of the time is editing and waiting for Windows Movie Maker to stop lagging and wake up and continually saving if not WMV suddenly crash and then I'm dead meat. Which happens when I do sudden actions... which means I must move my mouse very slowly =.=

Yeah just now in the shower I was planning out my rough schedule and when I should have my 15 minute break for tomorrow =.=

Laughing like crazy, especially with Amy. Just now I was choosing to buy between two YFC tee designs: one that said "Owl protect you forever" or sth like that and another that said "Oxymoron of the day: Good morning". I asked Amy which I should choose. She took one look at the second one... and burst out laughing like crazy. Typical Amy style.

YES I KNOW OMG RIGHT! Even though I'm just taking notes or anything. Then. -silence- Immediately looks up.

Second day of school... I think everyone is barely surviving. I already can't wait for the December holidays... but the thought of having to go through BT2 and EOYs and a million other not-so-little little quizzes and tests before that just makes me want to puke. Let's not talk about my schedule. I just slacked my entire night away. Not quite slacked. I was copying some stuff over again seven times. And then after that folding doves :D

Had char siew rice today during lunch! It's a long time since the last time I've eaten the school's char siew rice, and I really really really miss it. And the Chicken Rice stall had the shortest queue and then I saw they were selling char siew rice and I was like -immediately hops into queue- Spent the rest of break doing Math corrections. And Bio PR 5.1

In the afternoon was the FOA Grand Launch (it's not that grand, now that I realise ._.) rehearsal. And I'm still kinda shocked from the fact that Mrs Teo Yong Hong is Mr Teo's (our 3rd LA teacher of the year) mother. I got my CCA tee!! :D The others got it during the hols, but I didn't go cos I was at P4 Science Carnival ._. It's blue with grey words, and that's it. Kinda plain, but oh well (: I mean it just says "Guzheng" in front, then at the back in small print "Nanyang Girls High School". But I shall love it very very much because it's my CCA tee :D

Now I'm hungry. I have no idea why I'm hungry. I think I really ate a lot during the holidays... because I realise I didn't eat much today. Breakfast at 6.20 was a kinda-squished-up hotdog and a peanut tu tu kueh. Lunch at 10.45 was char siew rice. CCA break -cough- at 4+ had a bottle of mango Mogu Mogu. And then dinner at 6+ and I don't think I took a lot of rice. Even though I was kinda hungry then. Hmm.

Are these like modelled after real life buildings? They all seem to be churches ._.

This makes me kinda sad... Like how nothing lasts forever, and well, as strange as how I put it, even crayons melt. And colour pencils keep getting sharpened until you can barely hold them any longer. Trust me, it's annoying.

I remember running around in Disneyland and queueing up for their "autographs", but since we didn't have those type of Autograph Books, we got Mickey and Minnie Mouse to sign on our (me and Han Wei's) Mickey and Minnie House hats instead .___.

I seem to have an obsession with white tigers. And not shown here, but also: Snow leopards. And black panthers. And jaguars. And leopards. And Siberian tigers. And lynxes.

The hand there is kinda creepy... It totally ruins the entire "to-infinity-and-beyond" look of the white tiger.

Every time I see cats or lions or whatnot do this, I always wonder if it hurts. I mean, the mother is holding the kitten by its scruff... But doesn't it hurt?? 0.0

First day of school today!

Reached school and continued with my list of French vocab thingies, then learned how to fold origami doves from Wyin!! :D It's for her YFC thing... And I think I'm seriously starting to get obsessed with folding origami doves :D ♥ Already lost count of how many I did today :D

First period was PE, and we're gonna learn softball for this semester. Ran ran-walk three rounds around the track, and when I was sprinting the last final leg, I nearly stepped onto a snail on the track so I bent down and put it back in the grass (: But we had to go to the stuffy ol' hall because the lightning alert was on :/ And then at the hall we pitched balls in threes. I was with Amy and Valerie, and Valerie throws very hard. Most of the time I had to run after the ball she threw. Once she threw the ball and it hit right smack in my face like superbly hard. But I'm fine (: Obviously. Then we played Freeze and Melt!! Until super tired and all of us were panting.

LA Lecture... So all of us were returning to class and most of us were still in our short little PE short shorts. But I was already wearing my skirt okay. Then Miss Foo just walked in with this young stranger guy behind her and all of us were like O_O

And Miss Foo went.

"How can you girls be underdressed in the presence of this young, handsome and dashing gentleman?"

Or something like that.

And so went the first impression we gave our new one-month LA teacher.

Gave self-intros as usual. I said my name, my CCA, and that I liked mango juice and daydreaming. I kinda meant it in the "being creative and imagining things" part of daydreaming, but he took it as daydreaming in lessons -frantic-

Just so you know, I DO NOT daydream in lessons.

And someone -cough- had to add in that I also like Starbucks and I'm very ex. Or something.

Math after lunch was... Okay. Fine. First period of Math after a month long hiatus. I got my usual Math-stress again. You know, the stress and accompanying headache I get whenever it's Math. No comment.

Then Bio after that... was like adding oil to the fire which is Math. Because we're still doing Photosynthesis -cue sigh- then all the NADP and whatnot and Amy and Rachel Ng and I were all staring at each other like 0.0 or .__. or =0=

And French today was relatively slack. We did revision stuff, then after the break we -cue gasp- got back our Controle 2. And I got 78.5/105. Which is an approximate 74.76190476%

Someone please tell me they round it up DDDDDD:

If not I can just like go and kill myself already.

But I think it's an improvement from Controle 1... Because I vaguely remember getting an A2. BUT THIS HALF-A2-HALF-A1 THING?!?!?! DDDDDD:<<< -spews fire- And looking at all the places where I could have gotten correct and how much higher I could have gotten... I mean okay I always do this and it always gets me hopping mad with myself.

But anyway after that we watched part of Astérix et Obélix: Mission Cleopatre or something like that. Which is a 2002 movie! And not a cartoon. But the horrendous part was that there's a worksheet. Which is like cloze passage with blanks and we have to listen to the convo and fill in the appropriate blanks...

And this activity totally made me think that when the people from Bordeaux come, I. Am. Seriously. Viande. Morte.

As in I can't even catch what they're freaking saying!! Let alone reply... in French DDD: -horror-

And as if to make matters worse, I am getting fatter. Like really. Okay I shan't talk about this, but I shall just say that the increasing tightness of my school skirt is really obvious proof T.T

And my what-doesn't-seem-like-4-week-long-nails before I cut them last night. I kinda miss them, y'know. My nails feel really short now.

And long nails actually can help a lot with bathing -nods head- It's super fun to scrub your hair and head with shampoo and all when your nails are long :D

Okay this is the wrong way round, but anyway I was drawing Trig graphs just now, and I thought y=cotx was horrendous.

Well, apparently that was before I met y=-4tan2x

It's like this mega squish fest. And my graphs kept crashing (if you know what I mean) into the asymptotes and they were all wobbly. At first I was frustratedly erasing and redrawing again, but when I got to the last few I was like heck care lah!

Reach for the skies!! :D It is kinda freaky though, watching a wooden horse from a carousel just fly into the sky like that o.o I mean it's legs aren't even moving.

-cough splutter- You should see my bed. I hug my small pillow to sleep, beside me on the right is my Hersheys pillow, behind that is the Finding Nemo pillow, and then behind my head above my big pillow is all my various stuffed toys. And then sitting on the headboard of my bed are more stuffed toys and my pink Minnie Mouse pillow. Maybe I should put a picture someday or something.

Whoever Raymond is... OOH PHISH FOOD! I haven't tried that in a long time. But I think I still like choc macadamia :D But of course, the best is still vanilla soft serve... Especially those from Japan :D ♥ ♥

Why does blogging about food make me a little bit hungry...?

Like just now during French I was telling Rachel Wu how I still couldn't get used to the super disgusting book format... And she said something about me being able to live with uncertainty. Or something like that. Okay not "uncertainty", something around those lines. But you get the point.

I always like it when he says "POE-TAY-TOES" in that scene. I find it kinda funny xD

Another long day tomorrow D:

Last day of the June holidays... There's this like giant emptiness in me. The thought of returning back to school... stress... homework... assignments... more stress... a billion and one quizzes... I just want to go to one corner and then shrivel up and die.

Anyway, I stayed true to my promise to myself to at least look through Math before school reopens. But I only looked through. Oh well at least I hope it'll jog my memory of Trig II or something.

We had lunch at home while watching The Blind Side on HBO Hits.

It's actually quite a nice show (: Even though half the time I'm confused because I've no idea what the terms and all are about in American Football. It's based on a true story. And Sandra Bullock won a couple of awards from it I think.

This scene. Was one of those that seriously kept me laughing.

In the afternoon, I tried drawing. Like not flowers, but I suddenly had this urge to draw animals. So I pulled up a lot of tabs from Wiki about endangered animals and all, like all the different kinds of eagles and all the various levels of endangered/extinct animals. I drew rough sketches, but then I kept not getting satisfied so in the end I erased everything and drew nothing ._.

After that I felt kinda hungry, so went downstairs for ice cream and mango juice (:

And watched The Suite Life Movie!! :D

Gosh I haven't seen Zack and Cody for so long. How come Disney took away The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck DDD:

The show was kinda silly, but it was a comedy, so yes we kept laughing. Like at the above scene. And one part where the two of them were snooping around and the guy caught them and he went "Well, well. Well. Well. Well" dunno how many times, then Zack went "That must be a very deep well."

Went to Junction 8 for dinner! Tried finding Han Wei's stuff at Popular, then went to the Food Junction for dinner. Heh soya bean + pearl at Jollibean! But it wasn't very worth it cos it was like $1.80+ for this super teeny cup, plus the pearls were tasteless. The other day I bought at Jurong East one super much better -.-

Oh it's already 10.15 pm.... And the first period of the semester is.... PE!! -fake happiness- oh well at least school starts late on Mondays. There's French... and I have this feeling we'll be getting back Controle 2 DDDDDDDDD: Like duh after one month if still don't give back, I'll probably feel like clobbering the teachers or something.

And I actually have pictures of the ice cream I ate + my nail cutting, but the com doesn't seem to be able to detect the pics so I'll try another day (:

I saw this and totally fell in love with the picture. I mean look at the tiger's expression... It's like the connection between a totally huge usually-thought-of-as-brutal animal and a little boy. Which simply translates to like the barrier between the natural and modernised human worlds....

And I am crapping. Nevermind.

Very grudgingly pulled myself out of bed today, because it's the second last un-school day DD: And tonight (i.e. now D:) is the last night I can sleep late and not feel guilty about it DDD:

Anyway, when I did pull myself out of bed, I went to finish my last 阅读报告. Yay!! :D Which made me feel accomplished. But I didn't revise Math or anything as intended today =.= Oh well tomorrow then. -procrastination-

Lunch was.... baked potato + Ikea meatballs = PURE AWESOMENESS :D ♥

I was very full after that, so I didn't try the new strawberry jelly Aunty Kathy had made. But I drank mango juice :D And we finished one carton so we're left with the other one D: And while doing that Han Wei and I watched this documentary on Jack the Ripper. Poor Mary Kelly. Her body was mutilated so badly.

Went drawing in the afternoon again at the rooftop...

Yes it's orchids again :D But they're a different kind of orchid. The previous one is whiter, as in the petals and all. But this time round it's not as nice as the previous one because 1) there were so many flowers in that bunch which made things really confusing, 2) I was at a bad angle and the sun was shining into my eyes even though I was wearing my big ridiculous yellow Malacca-bought sun hat, 3) I was sitting on the swing with the drawing block on my lap as I drew and coloured this, and 4) it was freaking hot and I was perspiring like hell.

But I like the leaves :D The leaves are always the fun part :D The stem is disgusting.

The number of posters in my room (actually, the other half also has more posters ._.)!! I leaned very back against my desk for this .__.

Before we left for Compass Point for dinner, I chiong-bathed. Because I had perspired so much while drawing at the roof top.

Once again, Cheesecake caught red-handed: sleeping like a pig.

I got my new Popular card!! :D -happiness- The other one was lost by Mummy ._. And there are so many books at the Compass Point Popular that were practically screaming at me to read them.... And they have Kafka on the Shore!! O: oh goodness.

Then we went to Jack's Place for dinner. And I had rib-eye steak which was super filling because the steak was like this big kaplotch (easily twice the size of Mummy's small round sambal steak), with this huge baked potato (my second of the day), a beyond-normal-sized broccoli, and slices of carrot. There was so much stuff on the hotplate that at first I actually had difficulty cutting the steak because I was worried one move would send the entire huge steak flying through the air.

Somehow, every time we go to Jack's Place to eat, we seem to have very interesting and very funny convos. Maybe it's because all of us eat until 超级 full, or maybe because Mummy drinks their red wine.

Anyway, one convo I remembered:

Me: So Ma, what did you do this morning? (she'd gone to ACRES in the morning to do voluntary work)
Ma: I helped them paint murals.
Me: On what? (I meant "what did you paint about?")
Ma: Walls.
Me: -exasperated sigh- I know you painted on walls!! I know what murals are, you know!

And as usual Aunty Kathy was laughing away. I can't remember about Han Wei, though :/

The aurora borealis at Iceland. I suddenly realise that although we always hear of such things and see them in pictures, to really see them with your own eyes would b this totally magical and out-of-the-world feeling that you can't get by seeing them in pictures...

Okay sometimes I'm 3 (when I'm excited/pissed/pouty) or 5 (when I'm like: HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY :DDDDD). I used to be 1. When I was younger :D

YES I STILL DO THAT. But I don't seem to have come across any bubble wrap recently ._.

I don't watch Supernatural, but I read one book and their bromance is awesome :D

Literal bromance. Hmm.

I haven't watched this in ages.... :D Disney totally tossed it out of their shows list. Among with others, to name a few... Totally Spies, Kim Possible, Martin Mystery...... and replaced them with shows like Upin and Ipin, Supa Strikas, The Jungle Book...... seriously?!

Chocolate chip cream frappuccino. Green tea cream frappuccino. Caramel cream frappuccino. :D
